The 12-inch large touch screen provides a simple and beautiful human-computer interaction interface, ensuring comfortable operation. It boasts extremely high precision stability. THK high-precision linear rails are used, offering low resistance, low noise, and long-term maintenance-free performance. The grinding wheel shaft is driven directly by an electric spindle with water cooling and air sealing, achieving a maximum peak speed of 8000rpm. The 12-inch display screen and intelligent programming platform provide greater convenience.

The equipment employs a two-stage circulation filtration system, and the polishing powder utilizes cerium oxide (CeO2). The production water undergoes two stages of filtration, namely primary and secondary, through external water pipes and filter cotton, before being recycled for use. Adopting a modular grinding and polishing component design, it achieves flexible and versatile grinding and polishing processes through the combination of multiple grinding heads. The spindle features high speed and high pressure, possessing strong material removal capabilities, which can significantly enhance grinding and polishing efficiency.
