The R&D center takes technological innovation and new product development as its core tasks, focusing on exploring equipment technology innovation around the concept of "open innovation center". It emphasizes both independent innovation and technological cooperation, advocates open collaboration, and works with industry, academia, and value chain partners to accelerate innovation. Through promoting joint cooperation, patent sharing, joint conception, and joint development with customers in various business fields and stakeholders in the innovation ecosystem, it continuously strives to overcome limits.

In the Yongyao R&D Center, innovation is omnipresent. We leverage the driving force of R&D to enhance product competitiveness and strive to build a deep R&D system that spans from "product development" to "development + pre-research". Currently, the company has five ongoing projects, among which the research and development of fully automatic CNC water jet drilling machines stands out with its technological advantages, positioning us as a leader in the industry.

All members have bachelor's degrees or above, with over 20% holding master's degrees. We have multiple R&D project teams, including the rhinestone multifunction machine team, multi-wire cutting team, blister team, large round grinding team, optical team, and window team, among others.

The team boasts strong professional knowledge and technical capabilities, with a wide range of personnel from various age groups. It includes engineers born in the 1970s and 1980s, as well as the backbone of the team born in the 1990s, and outstanding reserve personnel born in the 2000s. Team members not only have a thorough understanding of related product technologies but also have clear ideas for future technological innovations, which effectively ensures the novelty of related products. In particular, the fully automatic CNC rhinestone machine is leading in the industry, occupying 80% of the national market.
